    Fishing is sport,where you can have a rest,but fortify strong nerve,too. Liptovská Mara is ideal place for this comrade of relax. Which fish,you can find here?

    Fish: carp,rich cronding of salmon,beast of pray like pike…

    Obligatory outfit for fisherman: gauge for ascertain lenght,looser for hook,ladle for fish,fish-hook,suitable dress.

    Duty for fisherman: take prove your identity,state fishing ticket,permission for fishing.

    • Carp water,hunt is permission from 1.6.-15.3. You can keep only 2 bits.
    • The price daily permision is 500,-Sk,weekly permission 2000,-Sk.

     

     

  • Fishing on the fly

    It mean fish for artificial fly.

    We give an advice:

     

    • Fish for artificial fly is from 01. 06. untill 30. 09. with use the most 3 artificial flyes on „náväzci“ on the river Váh.
    • The special location suitable for „muškárenie“ is Borova Sihoť, distant 20 km from boarding house Limba.

     

  • Squash

    Squash

    It is one of the most dinamic widespread sports lately years on Slovakia. It is quick game, in which you put in substantially more effort, like in others sports. This game demanded quickly move, acumen, turn and tactics. Who can play squash? Play it can women, men, old or young.

    We give an advice:

     

    • Squash is game only for people with good condicion.
    • In Liptovský Mikuláš we find us near city swimming pool, where is squash centrum, or near hospital in town part Palúdzka.
    • From boarding house Limba it is far 10 km. The reservation do reception.

     

  • Tenis

    Tenis

    Liptov offer possibility of relax and holding condicion also in this discipline, and it on different surface. If you spend your holiday in boarding house Limba, you don´t have to abandon training. The nearest tinnis courts are far till 10 km.

    We give an advice:

     

    • In Liptovský Mikuláš is for your „vyžitie“ in tennis disposable 6 tennis courts, which are near civic swimming pool, the face is from „antuka“, courts are in very good aspect and they are under heaven.
    • Open: May-october
    • Others courts, which are in disposition, you can find in Palúdzka (2) with face from „antuka“, in Závažná Poruba (2) with face from „antuka“ and in Jasná near hotel Družba (1) with artificial face.
    • The price: cca 150-200 Sk/hour
    • In Ružomberok, cca 30 km from boarding house Limba, is disposable tennis hall. The reservation do reception!

     

  • Beach volley-ball

    Beach volley-ball

    In Liptovský Mikuláš is establishing court for beach volley-ball near civic swimming pool. On Liptovská Mara you can also swim. On game you need only swim suit, ball and good cheer and beach volley-ball you can play only with your friend. The reservation do reception!

  • Skateboarding

    In Liptovský Mikuláš is building new skateboarding court, which is open whole day.

    We give an advice:

     

    • You find it near tennis court, swimming pool, beach volleyball and ice stadion.

     

  • Yachting

    Yachting

    The yachting is sporting recreational activity, which you can do also in Slovakia, concrete on Liptovská Mara. Liptovská Mara is far from boarding house Limba 15 km. In summer are very good time for do yachting.

    We give an advice:

     

     

    • You can go to water only with special allowance, which give you State swimm administration and basin of river Váh, if you want also anchor on river Váh.
    • The boat must have registration and have own number.
    • The anchorage is possible for charge, but only in few bay.

     

     

  • Chute on wooden barges - Pieniny

    The National park Pieniny is situated north east from High Tatras to Poland- Slovak border is national park from 1967 and has aspect 3750 ha. From boarding house Limba it is far 70 km. It spread on mountain Pieniny and Spišská Magura. The prevalent part of mountain Pieniny is situated on Poland area and his smaller south part interfere on north Slovakia. Here is matchless carst canyon of Dunajec, where in past cruised rafters wood and today are this wood goral barges interesting turist atraction. Here are 3 clad area: Reservation Pieniny-„prielom“ –Dunajca, Haligovské rocks, Natural creation- „prielom Lesníckeho brook. On barges accompany you minimal 2 rafters, who are dressed in typical costume, the movement do better with sing and music on tradicional instruments. On one wood barges can go maximal 15 person.

    We give an advice:

     

    • At visiting High and Low Tatras, Bardejovské spa mainly in group excursion, to program give oneday trip to National park Pieniny, where is waiting on you chute on wooden barges after river Dunajec long 11 km.
    • Price: 250,-Sk/person, children to 12 years 100,- Sk/person
    • Allowance: with group trip, with chute in morning hours, for guide it´s free
    • Open: season is from 15. april to 31. october, the chutes start at 8. 00 o´clock to 17.30 o´clock.

    Quiet movement with „vychutnávaním si“ beauties the nature around you, in summer and autumn offer you river Váh. (Počas 12 km dlhého splavu spoznáte, že tiché a ospalé zákutia sú popretkávané zurčiacimi perejami, ktoré preveria vašu silu, orientáciu a zohranosť.) Don´t afraid. After ampere swimm boat for 6 people which control instructor. If you want to try it alone, isn´t problem. „Splaviť“ river is possible also in boat for 2 people.

    We give an advice:

     

    • „Splaviť“ river can alslo children.
    • Everybody, who decide for chute river Váh get instructions, how to behave, everybody´ll have instructor, life-saving waistcoat. You have to clothe some light sports clothes and shoes, for safety´s sake dry clothes, towel, swimsuit.
    • The river chute abide 1,5-2 hours, cca 12 km
    • Price: One chute 650,-Sk/person

  • Cavalry

    Cavalry

    For everybody, who loves horses, or for everybody who loves beautiful animals, the region Liptov give occasion how to know they better and see Liptov from horse back.

    You can ride/price:

    Vitálišovce: 300,-Sk/nag, 400,-Sk/guide

    Mútnik: learning ride a horse, walking on horse, ride a nags, ride in cab, drive on ram, hipotherapy.

    Open: all year

    Pavčina Lehota: Nagfarm, which give occasion to know Low Tatras after driving in trip ram. Ride a horse, but also 3 or 5 days fast course.

    Drive on ram you can realize near river Demänovka, Pavčina Lehota, 1 km from boarding house Limba. Maximal 3 adult person.

    Price: 60 min- 500,-Sk

    Drive on „krytom“ trip ram: minimal 3 children.

    Price: 60 min- 100,-Sk

    Ride in bolster with „doprovodom“ Pavčina Lehota.
