What data we process
Your name, email address, phone number, requested dates, number of guests (and children's ages), any requests you write in the message field, and the IP address the enquiry was sent from.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data in order to handle your enquiry and prepare an accommodation offer (pre-contractual relations under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the IP address to protect the form from misuse (legitimate interest).
Retention period
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a reservation is deleted within 12 months at the latest. Where a reservation is made, we follow the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.
Recipients
We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Recipients may include our hosting and email service providers, who process the data on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies (for example for signing in to the administration). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
